The types of personal information that the Guild collects includes names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses of staff and affiliates of our member organizations and of individuals interested in learning more about our services. This information allows us to keep you informed about the Guild activities and opportunities, as well as about news and updates from the community arts education field. We work to gauge your preferences to provide you with the most relevant and complete information possible.
By becoming a member or volunteer, or by requesting more information, purchasing publications, or registering for events, you give the Guild permission to contact you by way of the information you provide.
Unless you opt-out as set forth below, the Guild may use the information that you provide to correspond with you by mail, email, phone, or fax and to track trends and statistics that help us improve our website
2. WEB SITE
The nature of the internet is such that web servers automatically use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to collect and log information about a user’s traffic patterns. These are unique numerical values assigned to web users by their Internet Service Providers (ISP). The Guild website also uses standard “cookie” technology. 3. PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN
