Long days of teaching, screen time, and holding it all together take a toll on the body, as well as our focus, energy, and capacity to connect. This session offers a practical “embodied reset” with accessible movement you can do right at your desk or between sessions and meetings to release built-up tension, restore energy, and return to your work with more ease and presence.
Drawing on decades of performance and somatic movement training, Andrea Mislan guides participants through ways to notice and shift unnecessary effort in the body, helping them feel more grounded, responsive, and connected. Participants will leave with quick, repeatable tools to reset, recharge, and show up with clarity, confidence, and choice.
No experience, special clothing, or equipment is needed to participate.
