We're excited to continue our Higher Education Unity Network with network leaders Mark Huxsoll and Gamin King! Learn more about how our Unity Network will connect peers, share best practices, and advance the field of community arts education in higher education. Our Network provides a supportive community for faculty, staff, and administrators who are passionate about integrating the arts into their work.

What is a Unity Network?

Unity Networks are groups within the National Guild for Community Arts Education that bring together leaders with similar job responsibilities or positionalities in the community arts education ecosystem. These networks provide a unique platform for peer-to-peer learning, networking, and professional development.

Benefits of Joining a Unity Network:

  • Connect with peers: Network with individuals who share your experiences and challenges.
  • Learn from others: Gain valuable insights and best practices from your peers.
  • Professional development: Participate in workshops, webinars, and other learning opportunities.
  • Leadership opportunities: Serve as a Unity Network Lead Facilitator.

Who Should Join Our Higher Ed Unity Network:

  • Faculty or staff at colleges or universities who teach or administer arts education programs
  • Work in academic support or student services related to the arts
