About us
Since 2002, Progressive Arts Alliance (PAA) has been exciting students with dynamic arts-in-education programming. PAA's mission is to provide experiences in the contemporary arts that stimulate critical thinking and promote progressive thought. Much of PAA's educational mission centers around utilizing the popular arts as a compelling educational tool. PAA seeks to make the arts accessible to students of all ages regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, education, or income level. PAA works hard to provide stimulating programs that are at the cutting edge in terms of artistic merit and methodology in education. PAA's professional
artist-educators serve students in schools, community centers, libraries, and other community spaces with music, visual art, dance, theater, and media arts programming. Each summer, PAA hosts the annual RHAPSODY Hip-Hop Summer Arts Camp.
