Venue and Travel

The Washington Hilton will serve as the official location and lodging for our conference, providing a comfortable and convenient stay for conference attendees.
As conference organizers, we have secured a room block with special rates for our attendees. It's important to note that this room block will be available until March 9. Make your reservation before this date to take advantage of the room block rates!
Notes on the Venue
There will be non-gendered restrooms on the floor of the conference along with gendered and family restrooms outside of the conference rooms. We ask that all participants adhere to our community agreements and respect the freedom of people of all genders to exercise their rights to gender expression. We also ask all participants to respect each other’s privacy and to keep each other safe within these vulnerable spaces.
A lactation room is available on the same floor as the conference however you will need a hotel staffer to unlock the door. Staff is identifiable by their colored blazers and will be available throughout the conference.
There are elevators and escalators available throughout the venue and the conference itself is accessible via elevators on its floor.
