The Young People's Chorus of New York City (YPC) received the 2012 Dale Warland Singers Commission Award at the annual Chorus America conference in June. This award enables YPC to commission Missy Mazzoli, one of today's most sought-after young composers, to write the 70th composition in YPC's Transient Glory and Radio Radiance commissioning series.

Chorus America created a short video to honor YPC and showed it at the conference. Watch the video on YouTube.
