« Back

Aug 30, 2011
Boulder, CO MTN

Catherine Underhill, Executive Director, and Peggy Bruns, Education Director, of Colorado Music Festival & Rocky Mountain Center for Musical Arts, were two of five women recognized as 2011 "Women Who Light the Community" by the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. The two women were honored at the end of June for their work leading to the merger of CMF & RMCMA, which is now the largest non-profit arts organization in Boulder County. CMF & RMCMA merged operations in October of 2009, strengthening the availability of high quality music education and performance throughout the year and throughout the county.
