Käthe Swaback, program director at RAW Art Works (Lynn, MA) and Guild Ambassador, took part in a recent NEA webinar entitled, “The Past, Current and Future Needs of Youth Arts Organizations Using Data to Inform Program Impact.” The webinar has now been archived and is available here.

During the webinar, Swaback provided insight into the Boston Youth Arts Evaluation Project (BYAEP), including a review of the logic model framework and tools. She shared how the resources are currently being used, adapted, and refined by RAW and other arts organizations.

Swaback was joined in the webinar by Julia Gittleman, a Boston-based performance measurement consultant who discussed the creation the Youth Arts Impact Network.
