Apr 14, 2014

We'd like to hear from you as we plan our 77th annual Conference for Community Arts Education, Nov. 19 - 22, 2014,  in Los Angeles! Please complete our online form to propose a workshop, lecture, program showcase, panel presentation, or short presentation.

NOTE: We are only accepting proposals online. However, if you'd like to review the online form in advance of completing it online, you can download it as a PDF here. The PDF is for reference only.

We encourage you to also view the recording of our Conference Proposal Orientation (webinar) to learn more about the session proposal process and the characteristics of successful proposals.

The Conference for Community Arts Education addresses the specific needs of nonprofit arts education organizations and provides the support they need to expand access to arts learning opportunities in their communities. This year's conference will focus on collaboration---amongst ourselves and with allies in other sectors---to create more a favorable environment for our work, increase investment in our field, and engender greater public will for equitable access to arts education.
All arts education stakeholders are encouraged to contribute to the conversation: arts education leaders, funders, policy makers, academics, researchers, and other allies. Fulfilling our mission to ensure that all Americans enjoy access to quality arts learning opportunities requires that we all work together.
Anyone can propose a session, regardless of membership in the National Guild. The deadline to submit a proposal is May 15, 2014.  We will respond by August 8, if not before.
