The Ovation Foundation’s Arts Ed Toolkit presents new and FREE arts education materials. Episode clips can be streamed and education activities can be downloaded. These resources support the National Core Arts Standards – Visual Arts, for High School. First time users will need to complete a simple registry form to access the free materials. You can access the toolkit here.

Newly added resources to the toolkit include:

Raiders of the Lost Art: Turner: Leading Light - This program traces the background and artworks of master artist William Turner. In addition to detailed images of several of his most famous paintings, the program relates biographical information about the artist, his compositions, techniques and inspirations.

Landscape Artist of the Year 2015: Lyme Park 2 - Talented artists from across the UK vie to become Landscape Artist of the Year in Ovation’s original series. Students will gain understanding of this significant art competition, executed “en plein air” in Lyme Park, located in Cheshire, England. A variety of compositions, techniques and mediums are explored.

You can learn more about the toolkit here.
